By accessing and using the Rentova platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Rentova provides an online platform that connects property owners and hosts with guests seeking to rent such properties. We do not own, sell, resell, furnish, provide, rent, re-rent, manage and/or control properties.

You must create an account to use certain features of the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

Hosts are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about their properties. Rentova reserves the right to remove or modify any listing that violates our policies or terms of service.

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the host. Payment processing is handled securely through our platform. Cancellation policies vary by property and are clearly stated in each listing.

Users must not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the service. This includes but is not limited to: fraud, harassment, violation of privacy, or any illegal activities.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

The Rentova platform, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by Rentova and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Rentova shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rentova and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Cairo, Egypt.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new terms on the platform. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
